Parents Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my most local camp?

Please see link for full list of 2017 Camp host venues and dates – http://bit.ly/1XN53ig

How much does Camp cost?

Your Campette’s application form must be accompanied with a registration fee of £60 or the equivalent in Euro as determined by your bank.

This registration fee contributes to the overall costs of running our Camps but doesn’t cover the individual cost of Camp per Campette. That’s why we are so grateful to everyone who so generously donates to Michaela Foundation throughout the year and attends our fundraising events.

Camp places cancelled 1 month or more in advance of Camp will be fully refunded.

Camp places cancelled less than 4 weeks in advance of Camp will receive a 50% refund.

The reasoning behind the partial refunding is that resources and jerseys will already have been purchased at this stage. It will also contribute towards administrative costs and the potential marketing expenses of recruiting a replacement Campette.

Jerseys are solely available for those who attend Camp and cannot be part purchased if a Campette is unable to attend Camp.

What age group is Camp for?

Campettes must be aged 11-13 at the time of Camp. Age verification may be requested at Camp. We ask that Parents and Guardians respect the age bracket.

What is the duration of Camp?

Camp takes place Monday – Friday for one week during the summer holidays. Camp starts each day at 9.15am and finishes at 3.45pm. Please see link for full Camp schedule – http://bit.ly/1G4GsiE

  • Relevant medical history
  • Valid email address
  • Contact details for the Campette’s doctor

What "goodies" will my Campette get?

Every Campette will receive a beautiful limited edition Camp jersey. These jerseys are not for sale and are only provided for girls who attend Camp. Throughout the week at Camp, Campettes will make and do lots of awesome stuff! They will take home anything they create at Camp.

Can I buy one of the beautiful Camp jerseys?
