In a group

Many hands make light work and if you’re thinking big, you’re going to need extra hands! Fundraising in a group means more people to spread the word, recruit support, and rope in friends and family to help out.

Tea parties

What better excuse to get all your friends together for tea and treats and lots of catching up. Charge per head or have open donations on the day!

Black Tie Ball or Dinner

Who doesn’t love getting all dressed up, especially when it is for a good cause? Pick a suitable venue, find some entertainment and get some luxurious prizes for a high end raffle or auction to boost your total!

Organise a ‘Thon’!

Do you like doing something so much that you’d do it for ages? Then organise a ‘Thon’ and recruit like minded people! Some popular ‘Thons’ are Danceathons and Zumbathons.

‘Come Dine with Me’ week

You know how it works! Get your friends together and each of you cooks something scrumptious one night of the week. Everyone gives a donation to Michaela Foundation and you only have to do the washing up once!

Sporting tournament

Just pick your sport, recruit your teams and charge a fee to take part in a knockout tournament!

Girl’s night in

If you know some people with talents a beautician would be proud of then get them all together and offer their skills at an evening of indulgence! You can sell tickets or just charge per treatment. Some sweet treats and voila, your perfect girls night in!

Quiz night

One for the quizzy rascals among you. Ask your club if you can host a quiz night and charge teams to enter.

Skills auction

This can be done at work or as part of an event, just recruit as many skilled people as possible and offer them up to the highest bidder! Get a wide range of skills to auction such as photography, IT or mechanics. Someone will be happy to pay for them!

We love to hear what our supporters are up to, and our fundraisers can offer expert advice and support to help make your event a big success. Get in touch today.
