Package:

Full-Time. Salary £15,000 – £17,000

The role in a nutshell

This is a full time opportunity, based out of our new premises in Banbridge, Co. Down.

 

Key Responsibilities to the role:

To assist the Operations Manager in day to day operations resulting in the preparation and successful delivery of our national Summer Camp programme throughout Ireland.

 

How you can expect to spend your day:

You will be working under the operations manager on the following:

  1. Organisation of all Camp resources, including sourcing, sorting and management
  2. Recruiting and liaising with volunteers to ensure the quality delivery of Summer Camp activities
  3. Assist in the logistical requirements of operating a national Summer Camp program
  4. Communicate with parents and other stakeholders in a professional and standard fashion

 

 

The ideal Candidates personality and skills:

  1. Very keen to learn, as the pace of the work especially in the summer will be fast.
  2. Must have excellent organisational skills.
  3. Must have excellent computer literacy, including use of MS Office.
  4. Must have great work ethic and ‘get things done’ in a timely manner.
  5. Must have a clean driving license.
  6. Must share the Michaela Foundation ethos.
  7. Must be happy to work flexible hours and travel.
  8. Must have excellent communication skills.
  9. Must be a team player.
