TEAM HOPE – shoe box appeal
Last summer Michaela Foundation partnered with the TEAM HOPE shoe box appeal.
TEAM HOPE is an Irish, Christian development aid charity, working with children, and through them, into their families and communities mainly across Eastern Europe, former Soviet Union and Africa.
Through your incredible generosity, we’re thrilled to say the partnership was a huge success. Together you created a combined total of over 540 shoe boxes throughout our 19 Girls’ Summer Camps in Ireland! Team Hope distributed your shoe boxes to vulnerable children in developing countries, many of whom had never received a present before. See link for impact stories Click here to watch now!
With your help and support we would like to continue this special partnership in 2017 – here’s how you can #GetInvolved; please bring to Camp an item(s) from home that has been pre-loved, but in good condition. Note, it is not necessary to buy a new shop bought item unless you have a special wish to do so. Only bring to Camp items from home which are surplus to you, but may make a big difference to the disadvantaged children TEAM HOPE work with. Lastly, please only bring to Camp items which are in good enough condition, which you yourself would like to receive.
